Segment 18
Proposed: Three building auction complex, with hotel on 156 acres South of Indianapolis, to serve the 5- state area of all auction needs.
Plan view of the machinery and furniture building showing the layout of the arena and seating.
The roof section is not shown in this cutaway view of the arena. Shown are two thirds of the seating area of the arena along with the layout of the track, and cart system.
This will dispense any confusion of how it will function. The drawing is drawn to a smaller scale to incorporate most of the # 1 building arena, to be displayed in this segment. The middle section will seat 208 people, and each side section will seat 148.
The wall around the arena on the first floor will be concrete 1’ thick to support the tilt up panels that will be placed on top to make the exterior walls of the arena.
The design is the same as the car auction house in most of the detail. The car auction house is 50’ less in width than the # 1 building. However in building # 1 because of the carts having to traverse in front of a door leading out of the hall way under the bleachers that could be used as an exit; a special temporary electric lock will have to be used to secure the door while the carts go by. An electric switch will trigger the door to lock as the carts are to enter the area, and release the lock when the carts leave the area.
The track closest to the outside doors will be used to load incoming merchandise. After the auction the carts are unloaded at the South end of the building then they will be taken to the North end of the building for loading again.
The following requirements to meet code for 1008 people in either the machinery, or the car auction house arena are presented below.
The minimum code requirement for the arena foyer is 2 square feet per person, and the ideal allowances are 4 square per person. The foyer as it is configured now is 4288 square feet, the minimum amount required is 2016sq. ft., and if the ideal amount is required it would be 4032 square feet, and we are still above that requirement.
The toilet requirements to meet code are 2.5 square feet per arena occupant. The minimum code that is required is 1.5 sq. ft. per occupant the ideal amount is 3 sq. ft. per occupant. The total capacity of people is 1008 x 2.5 sq. ft. = 2520 sq. ft. needed for the rest rooms. Each rest room of which there are 4 under the bleachers are 16’ x 40’ = 2560 sq. ft. still above the minimum requirements, and below the ideal recommended allowances.
For a multipurpose seating, the code requirements is 7 sq. ft. for the minimum, and the ideal is 12 sq. ft. Our bleacher seat area is 2’8” x 4’ = 10.64 sq. ft. so we are above the minimum but 1.36 sq. ft. below the ideal recommended allowances.
As you observe the tilt up panels around the perimeter of the lower section there are 200 each, and around the upper section there are 48 each.
The upper panels are configured differently than the standard panels used throughout. The bottom of the upper panels are built to receive the roof flashing from 8” up on the West side to 38” high, and even with the top of the truss. The building is 200’ long on the South side. This will be detailed out later in the roof design.

On page 146 he thinks the third world war will be before the Tribulation and before the Antichrist.
Signs of the end of this age
And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
And Jesus said unto them, "See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down".
And as he set upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and the end of the world?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, "Take heed that no man deceive you".
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
And ye shall here of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places.
