The large rooms of 25 x 100 = 2500 square feet on the fourth floor will be used for banquets, and seminars to accommodate approximately 147 people using the universal building code of 17 sq.ft. per person for food service.
Seminars using the same room could accommodate 160 people using 3 x 8 tables.
The 50 x 50 room would accommodate the same number of people but could be used for closer area to the instructor at a seminar. The client could have the option of the different configurations of room sizes to suit their needs. These rooms are offered as a service to conventions that are held at the hotel.
The banquet food would be supplied by the in-house restaurants and a service elevator is in the corner of the banquet room to bring up the food from the kitchen. The food is never exposed to other than the food service personnel until it is retrieved from the elevator in an enclosed warming cabinet. After the meal is served the waiter gathers up the dishes on a platter, and takes them to a place that is out of sight of those attending the banquet.
We have attended banquets where the dirty dishes are placed on a cart beside the table, and the waiter scrapes the fool that is left over into a garbage container less than 2 away, what a disgusting thing at a black tie event.
Well this type of circumstance would not be permitted and for a good reason. If you cannot do something in a proper way then do not do it at all.
The hotel has a tendency to overcharge for a banquet meal when there is no need to do so. If you are in charge for your convention then you just rent the banquet room for $.06 a square foot, and that would be for a 2500 square foot room for 12 hours for $150, and you make the commitment with the restaurant supplying the food. After all the hotel is in the business to rent out rooms whether it is a hotel room, or a banquet room.
The breakdown of the $150 would be as follows for 12 hours. Overnight would be twice the charge.
Unforeseen taxes, like corporate taxes, security, etc.

This is just a brief description of where the money goes, and I am sure there are other expenses that are not included. We have taken the $.06 a square foot that the hotel rooms are rented out for and applied it to the banquet and seminar rooms.
This is just an overall assessment of what a financial statement would look like renting out a banquet room.
Some of our hotel rooms have a second floor room that are connected by a round spiral stair case that could be used for, say a little league ball club, and the chaperone wants to keep control of the team at all times. There is just one door to go in and out so the players will have to go by the coach or the chaperone. You will find that this is a first in hotel designs that take into consideration the need to keep small ball players in check. Other types of clubs could fall into this category, and open up a desire to stay in this hotel when the word is spread around. Only the outside rooms would have this type of feature because of the activity and exuberance of young people, and the porch will give them breathing room.
There have been some problems with the electronic locks in the past at certain hotels. If the electricity goes out, and the stand by generator also fails after a period of time then all the locks in the hotel will not work. When this happens the guests will have to sleep in the hall ways as was the case at a large hotel in the news. In this hotel there will be an alternative way to unlock the door. The desk clerk will issue a key to the guest to unlock his or her door manually, and over riding the electronic lock. This key will not work when the electricity comes back on. This is just another way to improve the little features that make a great stay at this hotel and never is realized until something happens.
Antichrists coming could be close at hand because the rapture is a any moment possibility.
What we dont know: The exact date.
While we know that the Antichrist will be revealed shortly after the church is removed from the earth in the rapture, we have no way of giving these end time events a date.
What we should do: Be ready.
Being ready for the rapture is the best way we can oppose and overcome present day antichrists and the spirit of Antichrist. Jesus issued the exhortation, Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect [Luke 12:40]. The apostle John wrote, Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is reveled, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure [John. 3:2-3].
