The Different Millersburg Peacock Molds
The Different Millersburg Peacock Molds

By Harold & Dolores Wagner

(Wagners have collected Millersburg Glass for many years, living in the Wooster,OH area where many rare items in this classification of glass has been found in family homes dating back to the time of its manufacture-1911-1913).

One of the many reasons Millersburg Glass Co., well known for its beautiful glass, went bankrupt was because they had so many different molds for one pattern.
After reading Smokey Cloud’s article in the Carnival Pump, March 1991, on Millersburg Peacocks we decided to check our glass. These comments are our opinions only, but we would appreciate your opinions also. We came up with ten (10) different molds needed for the different patterns. We did not get into color and the size is approximate because some could be turned in more than others.
