Hi Diane
What a wonderful article about Dean. I only got to briefly meet the two of you at 2 conventions if I remember correctly.
One I think was the ACGA 1997 in Dayton (Miamisburg) and I don’t remember the other. Wish I could have got to know Dean better.
Anyway, I thought a special photo I took of a very interesting shard from the Indiana, Pa. dump site would be one that you would certainly enjoy.
An amethyst piece embedded in rock and hard dirt in the shape of a Cross. Very thrilling to me when I came across this piece. Just thought you would appreciate seeing it. It’s yours to do with it whatever you please.
I have it tucked away in a small display case and it would likely be the last one I would part with if I ever got rid of any of them. It’s the little things God gives us sometimes that amazes us the most.
Mike
