BULLSEYE and LOOP Vase:  Not seen very often nor widely recognized by early collectors as having come from Millersburg production, sizes range from 7” to more than 12”. Many examples have good color and the radium finish, but when swung to more than 7”-8”, losing the pattern, desirability diminishes somewhat. In addition to amethyst, green and marigold, a marigold/vaseline has been reported.

LUTE Vases-7.5 in and 9 in. - Amethyst.
FLUTE Vases - 7.5 in and 9 in. - Amethyst.

FLUTE:  pattern occurs in berry sets, punch sets and vases, which are “for the most part”, un-patterned. In addition to amethyst vases, there have been reports of several blue examples.

TULIP SCROLL-
11.75 in tall - Green

TULIP SCROLL:  A seldom seen vase which can be 7”- 11” tall, known colors are amethyst, green and marigold. Simple in design and quite pretty in its shorter heights, it loses some appeal, along with pattern when swung to the taller heights.

PEOPLES Vase:  At one time, a prominent Texas collection displayed one in each color side by side. Carnival colors known are amethyst, blue, green and marigold, all having straight sides. A couple of amethyst examples have ruffled tops. Records indicate that a court-ordered inventory (dated April 10, 1911) - Millersburg plant lists as No.70 “Vase Holland”, an individual item not part of a pattern line. One dozen vases were in stock at that time.

ROSE COLUMNS Vases - Marigold, Green, Amethyst.
Marigold sold for $8000 in 3-07 Wroda Auction.

ROSE COLUMN:  These mould-blown vases stand 10” tall and are 5” in diameter across the top opening. Burst interior bubbles and some cracks indicate problems in the making. Some amethyst and green examples offer poor color. As was the case with most Millersburg vases, small numbers were manufactured. About a dozen in each of amethyst and green are known today, with only about eight known in marigold. Two blue ones have turned up. One sold for $8000 in 1982. An experimental amethyst carnival vase with fired-on red, green and gold colors has been found.

Dean & Diane Fry - 10/07

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose Spirit there is no deceit.
When I kept silent, my bones grew old through my groaning all the day long.
For day and night  Your hand was heavy upon me; my vitality was turned into the drought of summer.
I acknowledged my sin to You, and my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and You forgave the iniquity of my sin.
For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they shall not come near him.
You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.
~~~~~  Psalm 32: 1-7
