This is the 10 inch Gold Carnival Hostess Plate made by Indiana Glass in the 1970's. The factory number is #1212. These were made from a 10 inch Pebble Leaf dinner plate mold. Many collectors refer to this as the Tree Of Life pattern but Indiana's name for this pattern was Pebble Leaf.
This pattern was first made in a crystal dinnerware line. Just this one 10 inch plate mold was used for carnival glass production and it was called a Hostess Plate.
These were only made in gold carnival. They were not made in blue or lime green.
